How does this sperm but you dna and genes in it work?

I'm a transguy and my gf wants to have the baby, and one of my good friends told me that I could inject my dna and genes into the sperm, and it would be my child, is that true?? What is that called, cause i want to do that. How does this sperm but you dna and genes in it work?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this won't work, unfortunately.

Mammals are peculiar in that they need both male and female copies of chromosomes to develop successfully. Basically, chromosomes that come from dad are marked as having come from a male, and chromosomes from mom are marked as having come from a female. This marking creates a pattern of active and inactive genes that differ between the sets of chromosomes. The scientific term for this is genomic imprinting.

As a transman, your cells still contain chromosomes that are imprinted with a female pattern. Although combining two sets of chromosomes with female imprints gives the necessary number of chromosomes, it does not give the necessary patterns of gene expression needed to produce viable offspring; some genes will be doubly expressed, and some won't be expressed at all, leading to aborted development.

If relatedness is important to you, your best practical option would probably be to get a sperm donor. The child won't have any of your genes, but it will have your girlfriend's. The scientific understanding and technology just aren't advanced enough yet to alter chromosomal imprints.

Just remember that genes don't make a dad. DNA doesn't change diapers and play games and help with school projects; who you are and the love you have for your child are far more important than some molecules.

Best of luck to your and your girlfriend! How does this sperm but you dna and genes in it work?
There is research to make hybrid cloning from combining to haploid DNA strands. We are not there yet.
