What if a court orders a DNA test and the obligatory parent refuses to bring the child?

In Texas, a parent can be ordered to produce a child for DNA testing if there is question as to who the father may be. What if the mother refuses to bring the child?What if a court orders a DNA test and the obligatory parent refuses to bring the child?
If its court ordered then the mother will be in contempt of court.What if a court orders a DNA test and the obligatory parent refuses to bring the child?
They can be charged with " contempt of court " and be arrested.
